Mobile Fiters MFS
The Yushi Group is pleased to introduce the MFS series mobile welding fume extractors. These portable units extract dry welding fumes right at the source. The mobile MFS units feature self-cleaning filters and can be equipped with either flexible plastic Flex or UltraFlex extraction arms, or a flexible hose. These mobile units are well-suited for spot welding activities.

The MFS units are designed for the following applications:
Applications:
• MIG-MAG/GMAW welding (Typical use: >700 kg/1500 lbs per year)
• TIG welding
• FCAW welding (Typical use: >700 kg/1500 lbs per year)
• Stick/MMAW welding (Typical use: >500 kg/1100 lbs per year)
Caution: Do NOT use MFS units for the following applications:
• Gouging
• Aluminum laser cutting
• Oil mists
• Heavy oil smoke in welding fume
• Extraction of aggressive fumes and gases (e.g. from acids, alkaline, lithium-containing fluxes)
• Continuous extraction of hot gases (>45°C/113°F)
• Aluminum and magnesium
• Flame spraying
• Extraction of cement dust, wood dust, etc.
• Sucking cigarettes, cigars, tissues, oil, and other combustible particles and acids
• Explosive environments or explosive substances/gases
