WallPro, a welding fume extractor with an automatic filter cleaning system, is engineered for professional welders. It is suitable for various applications involving welding fumes and other dust-generating processes.
WallPro can be used with single or double extraction arms and features a special PowerPlus model for high-fume applications. Constructed with the latest in-depth filter technology, WallPro incorporates with a unique dust-free maintenance concept to ensure safety for everyone; welder, the welder's direct environment as well as the maintenance engineer
Dust-Free Safe Maintenance:
WallPro facilitates dust-free maintenance, reducing risks during service activities. With a shut-off valve between the filter and the waste bin, the waste bin can be moved safely during the operation. Filter replacement can be performed dust-free using the bag-in/bag-out system. However, you won't need to worry about this often due to the extended maintenance intervals.
Available Configurations
WallPro can be adjusted to your application by selecting from three extraction power levels: Standard, Power, and PowerPlus.
The final level consists of a single extraction arm installed.
The Standard and Power versions are available with one or two KUA extraction arms.
The extraction/suction arms are 3 or 4 meters long.
These arms can be mounted directly to the filter or mounted externally for a larger workspace.
Accessory set: Expandable trash can be connected for convenience in maintenance.

WallPro PowerPlus
The most efficient model is the WallPro PowerPlus; a combination of the largest central extraction arm and the most powerful fan. This unit has an extraction power of no less than 1,800 cubic meters per hour compared to the standard level of 1,000 cubic meters per hour. This unit is particularly suitable for use in environments with high levels of smoke or dust, such as automatic welding, high amp welding, and flux core welding.

WallPro has one surface-type filter cartridge.
