Warranty Policy

Product warranty conditions

  1. Industrial fans, DFP Series, 1 year product warranty and 5-year motor warranty.
  2. Other models of industrial fans have a 1-year product warranty and a 1-year motor warranty.
  3. Big fans are guaranteed for 2 years if the product has a problem or is damaged during the warranty period. The company will replace the new product within 7 days in the event that the product has a problem after this. The company will send staff to inspect and fix within 1 week at no charge.
  4. System work is guaranteed for 1 year or will be determined by the system installation engineer. If the installed system has a problem during the warranty period The company will send staff to inspect and fix it at no charge.
  5. During the warranty period, the company provides free repair services for both labor and spare parts. In the event that the damage is caused by an error in the machine due to a manufacturing error or from normal use according to the user manual only.
  6. Repair service at home or office Must be an industrial fan with a product value of 8,000 baht per product or more, such as a farm fan, an evaporative air cooler.
  7. Industrial fans with a value not exceeding 8,000 baht, such as floor-standing or wall-mounted fans, require the customer to send only the motor. If it's a ventilation fan Customers can remove the fan or just the motor. Send it to the Yushi Group service center for repair. But if you want a technician to provide repair services at your home or office, the off-site service fee will be charged. Travel expenses calculated based on actual distance.
  8. Customers must keep the receipt and use it as a product warranty.
